The HT Vista utilizes heat diffusion imaging (HDI) to evaluate whether a skin mass is benign or requires further examination. The device gently heats the lump by 6°C (42°F) and subsequently cools it while monitoring the thermal response and tissue properties. The AI then interprets the data to generate an accurate result based on how various skin types respond to heat—healthy skin retains heat differently than unhealthy skin due to variations in structure, metabolism, and blood flow.
