Busy day? Let us take care of your pet while you take care of everything else. Our drop-off service allows you to leave your pet with our trusted veterinary team so they can receive the care they need during the day.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Times
Drop-off appointments are available during the following times:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: Drop off at 7:30am | Pick up by 4:30pm
- Wednesday: Drop off at 7:30am | Pick up by 5:30pm
What Are Drop-Off Appointments For?
Drop-off visits can be scheduled for any type of appointment, including exams, diagnostics, or treatments. These visits are designed for flexibility while still providing thorough, attentive care for your pet.
Because your pet may be seen at various times throughout the day, clients must be reachable by phone. This allows our team to:
- Discuss exam findings
- Review recommended treatment plans
- Provide estimates
- Obtain permission before moving forward with care
What to Expect During a Drop-Off Visit
If your pet is scheduled for a doctor’s appointment:
- A veterinarian will perform a full physical exam
- You’ll receive a phone call to review findings, recommendations, and costs
- Your pet will be walked, monitored, and given individual attention by our caring staff throughout the day
Please note:
- Pets are typically not fed during drop-off visits due to potential diet restrictions or diagnostic testing requirements
- If feeding is medically necessary, our team will discuss this with you
Important Requirements
To ensure the best care and communication:
- Clients must be reachable by phone during the visit
- A drop-off waiver must be completed prior to the appointment
- Drop-off appointments are available to established clients only
