DR. ANDRES RAUD

DVM
Dr. Raud’s commitment to the veterinary field began while he was an undergraduate at the University of Minnesota where he majored in Veterinary Science and worked part-time at a local animal clinic.
After his undergraduate degree, Dr. Raud spent two years working at a veterinary clinic in Manhattan before returning to the University of Minnesota to complete his degree in Veterinary Medicine. During this time Dr. Raud completed externships at the ASPCA and VERG Brooklyn, knowing he wanted to continue his career in New York City when he graduated.
Drawn to the close community and highly individualized care at Northside Veterinary Clinic, Andres joined the practice in the summer of 2014. In addition to his passion for preventative medicine, his interests also include soft tissue surgery and cardiology.
Dr. Raud lives in Fort Greene, Brooklyn with his girlfriend and Brussels Griffon Max. He enjoys the short daily commute on his bike and in his spare time, he travels, goes camping, and works on small carpentry projects.
